SUNDAY POETRY: "JELLYFISH"

JELLYFISH

Within two layers of skin,

I sigh

like the primum mobile

or moving sculpture, oil and water,

enclosed on a coffee

table.

Aesculapius took my blood,

and my spirit

ran into the heavens. Yet,

here are my serpents!

I am 99%

de l'eau.

The rest, bowl.
